An exceptional arbequino where the delicacy of the aromas, typical in this veriety, mixes with the strenght & character of the land of southern Spain. A medium fruity fresh olive, with the aromas of green grasses & wheat interspersed with the fruity notes which are characteristic of arbequino; almond, apple, & ripe banana. As is slides over your tounge, it is at first smooth & delicate then slightly bitter & light with a notable spicy presence.
