3 scallions, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced
½ cup sake
½ cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 pounds hanger steak
Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over hanger steaks. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Grill to desired temperature. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and placing on platter.
