SMOKED SALMON CLUB SANDWICH

Ingredients
3-5 slices smoked salmon
1 slice tomato
1 slice avocado
2 leaves red leaf lettuce
2 slices wheat berry bread

Lemon Dill Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil

 

Directions
Spread lemon dill mayo on both slices of toasted bread.
Layer avocado, lettuce, tomato and smoked salmon on toast and enjoy.
