HOT CURRIED CRAB DIP


Ingredients 8 ounces crabmeat, chopped 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil 1 tablespoon curry powder Juice from ½ lemon ¼ cup chopped white onion ½ teaspoon salt 8 ounces colby jack cheese Garnish: Chopped green onions

Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except green onions and mix until well incorporated. Transfer mixture to an oiled baking dish and bake until top is lightly browned and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with toasted baguette slices or pita chips.
