Ingredients 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish 2 lemons, juiced and then quartered 1 tablespoon sugar Pinch salt 3 cups Kentucky bourbon ½ cup strawberry jam 1 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar Crushed ice Club soda

Directions In the bottom of a large jar, muddle mint leaves and spent lemon quarters with the sugar and salt until they begin to break down. Add the lemon juice, 1 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar and bourbon and stir well. Strain into a pitcher and then stir in jam. Add additional mint and lemons to pitcher for garnish. Pour into high-ball glasses filled with crushed ice and top with club soda.
