Directions Mix onion, crab, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Add Arbequina EVOO, Red Barrel Aged Wine Vinegar, and ice water. Marinate for 2 to 10 hours.Before serving, toss with lemon zest and mint. Serve over mixed greens.
