PIÑA SALADA


Ingredients 1½ ounces mezcal ½ ounce Cocchi Americano wine ½ ounce pineapple syrup ¾ ounce fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice Lime juice and smoked salt for rimming glass Garnish: lime wheel and pineapple leaf

Directions Shake first six ingredients for 30 seconds. Pour into a salt-rimmed rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with lime wheel and pineapple leaf.
